September 3, 2023 - It's been a while since we had one of these. Screw cap, so no risk of oxidation. It's developing slowly but it is in a very nice place. Some secondary notes but still very fruity with lots of baking spices. Great stuff.

November 3, 2020 - Smelling and tasting the alcohol tonight. Spicy red fruit, just the right amount of sweetness, a little bit of burnt caramel, and a long finish. I think there's a lot of time left for this one.

February 8, 2020 - Drank this bottle over three weeks. Stored in fridge after first night. The first couple nights were best, but it really didn't lose all that much by the last night. (Got sick in between, so it was forgotten.)
