April 17, 2022 - Starting to show a little age, but still drinking very well. Slight browning, needs at least an hour of air.

April 23, 2021 - Wow, no one was expecting much and then this. Expressive and Burgundian nose with red cherry, cured meat, some forest floor elements, must, really complex. Lush fruit on the palate wrapped with nice tannins and acidity. I wish they would still make Pinot like this today in California, elegant with 13.5% Alc. While the 2010 Rossignol-Trapet Chapelle Chambertin was the WOTN, this definitely earned the special mention award. If you own this in your cellar, I recommend to sneak it into a Burg blind tasting.
