May 6, 2024 - A pattern seems to be emerging with this Champagne. Once bought, we now mature it in bottle for a year or more. The result is a little bit of weight and autolytic development that really improves what can be something of a lightweight citrus dominated wine..

April 30, 2024 - The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, lime, apple, pear and biscuity. It tastes like lemon, lime, apple, pear, apple blossom, orange blossom, almond, baker's yeast, biscuity, bready and leesy. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

April 19, 2024 - At Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge, Changi Airport, Singapore. No formal notes. Light straw golden colour. Apple and lemon notes, some almond, light biscuit, light nuts, and light brioche. Feels broad and a little sugary, suggesting a warmer, weaker base vintage and generous dosage. Crowd-pleasing, but not memorable. I have had better bottles in the past.
