Beaucoup de cerise mûre (mais pas confiturée) dans la cannelle, puis une note de ronce qui vient percer et libérer tout un nuage d'autres épices. C'est riche. En bouche c'est du noyau de cerise et un mordant de verdeur de ronce, long, sur de la terre puis du kirsch, seule note ou pointe l'alcool et une légère sucrosité qui trahit son origine. Encore ? Une caisse.
