March 11, 2024 - Presented as almost bronze in color. Lightly oxidized at first with hints of sherry and a faint tinge of acidity. Over time, the sherry notes faded and melon and honeysuckle emerged. That lasted for about 30 minutes, and then the bottle faded into nothingness. This bottle was definitely on its last legs, but the wide divergence of notes suggests that some bottles may still be going strong.

May 13, 2023 - Top-Bordeaux 1995 (Restaurant Central Park, Voorburg): When served this showed a tainted, unpleasant note ont the nose. Mushroomey.
On the palate this was much better. Creamy and complex.

After a few hours, the murky, peculiar aromas int the nose blew off and the bouquet became wonderfully fresh and pure.
So...., next bottle: give it several hours of decanter time.

December 31, 2021 - Still going strong, very pure clean flavours, lemons and crushed herbs, lightly creamy texture, long pure clean finish. Delicious.

September 12, 2020 - Acacia flowers, honeysuckle, blood orange zest, mineral, bees wax and river rock. In a very sweet spot and will continue to age very well. Long, succulent and almost zesty at the same time, with the expected depth. The texture shows youth and the nose shows more development. Such a joyful, ready white from one of my favorite terroirs in the world. Drink now -.
