November 29, 2023 - Checks all the boxes for me, opulent, rich, silky mouthfeel, savory with perfectly integrated layers of black fruit, licorice, pencil shavings, balanced acidity. classic Saint Emilion limestone. Long finish. Tight on open but one hour in the decanter opened all the magic. This is wine I like.

I really didn’t expect such a well rounded package so early. At the top of its development for me, before the fruit starts receding but with proper complexity. Bravo!

November 4, 2023 - Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia t; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Expressive youthful nose displaying concentrated black and red fruit, blackberry concentrated, chocolate dipped cherry, milky chocolate, dark flowers, truffle, liquid smoke, luxurious oak, sweet spices, and earth. Exceptional concentration, layers upon layers of perfectly ripe concentrated black and red fruit, silky, rich and fluid, perfect amount of acidity and mineral, and a long concentrated black and red fruit driven finish with liquid smoke at the end. This is a very modern concentrated St Emilion. Although quite enjoyable, this will improve for another decade or two.

October 22, 2023 - Beautiful nose and soft tannins. Cooked fruit, spice and just a joy. This is very ready and enjoyable.
