Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Eugenedinapoli Likes this wine:

February 4, 2019 - Medium deep straw with a green hue. Tree fruits, stony minerals, wax, and as it warmed the slightest notes of oak influence. Clean and crisp acidity but an element of texture and structure. A definite step up in complexity from the villages offering but still a nice, easy going mouth puckering chablis.
