    December 30, 2023 - Possibly past it’s peak

June 3, 2023 - Showing its age but still a fine wine. Bottle purchased at the vineyard in 2015. Showing some amber color. Candy aromas and a bit of astringency on the tongue. Medium weight, good long finish. Perhaps not as much minerality as when it was younger, so not as fresh. Particularly good with asparagus and broccolini soup.

May 8, 2021 - 13.5% - Clear, med to pale gold hue / clean, med to pronouced intensity - lemon curd, light touch of passion fruit, creamy, nutty, blond caramel / dry, med to high sharp acidity, med to full round body, med+ intensity, persistent length. This might be the best bottle so far! 91(+)

December 22, 2020 - 13.5% - Clear, med to light gold / clean, med to pronounced intensity - citrus peel, lemon curd, creamy, white flower, spice box / dry, med to high refreshing acidity, med creamy body, med intensity with a persistent finish carrying through. This one evolved nicely since the last bottle three years ago. After looking at my previous TN.. I realized that I again paired this one with a healthy salmon dish which was the pâté de saumon from Pied de Cochon this time.
