August 27, 2018 - Amazing qpr at under $18. At its peak. Pineapple, apricot, orange zest, flowers, and butter all in balance with great acid. Perfumed and elegant. The beauty of white Burgundy for this price is insane.

February 12, 2018 - My last bottle - yellow-gold in the glass, with a reticent nose that is vaguely Chablis-like.

Medium-bodied, adequate acidity, decent persistence - pretty tasty as well, to get all technical on you. 2014 across the board was a good vintage for Barraud, and my wife and I have probably consumed 2+ cases of various wines at this point. Maybe the best QPR Chardonnay in "greater Burgundy"?

November 11, 2017 - Light yellow in the glass, with a crisp nose.

Taut and dry on the palate - Barraud really hit it out of the park in 2014, and while this is one of his lesser wines, it is still eminently drinkable.

August 19, 2017 - Yellow-gold in the glass; lemony scents and some grassy notes on the nose.

Tart white fruit on the palate, with bright acidity. I like this, but could see it being too acidic for some folks.

June 2, 2016 - Acidic, in a good way, with pineapple and green apple. Really nice and great with food (crab cakes).
