July 8, 2016 - Wine is bright yellow in the glass; the body is medium. The nose is almost all jasmine, gardenia, and mineral. The jasmine quality continues strong on the palate with a hint of citrus, poached pear, and green olives. This finishes medium with a smooth buttery texture. Very versatile wine overall; went equally well with arugula salad with seared Ahi as it did with mussels with white wine sauce.
