  Good, fine, persistent bubblestream.
  Notably yeasty nose with chalk, raspberries and grapefruit zest.
  Really good palate. Most delicious. Soft red fruits, but very crisp with grapefruit and mandarin orange.
  Lovely balance: it's crisp and fresh, but there's no dominant acidity, no particularly noticeable sweetness, and no excess creaminess.
  Possibly not the most complex rosé sparkling wine, but what it might lack in complexity, it makes up for in sheer deliciousness.

  April 5, 2017 - Pale. Lovely blood orange and red fruit aroma and taste. Light, quite gentle, but juicy and quite delicious. [Composite cork + cage; 12.5% abv; Booths, £28.95].
