  February 4, 2017 - Una curiosità, un petit verdot vinificato in purezza in acciaio e coltivato nella stupenda Sicilia.
  Vino dal colore rubino intenso, al naso un'esplosione di profumi, un campo pieno di viole, fragoline di bosco, lamponi, ciliegia sotto spirito, erbette aromatiche infine le spezie come pepe nero e ginepro.
  In bocca la sorpresa, è un vino di corpo, rotondo, ti avvolge la bocca, un velluto, caldo (13.5°), fresco+, poco tannico, sapido-.
  Ottimo risultato, vino fresco, profumato e speziato davvero piacevole dal basso prezzo.
  P.S. (Dopo qualche ora la frutta diventa più scura e si fa più matura, compaiono la prugna ed una leggera nota amarognola).

  Just a curiosity, petit verdot single-variety vinification, only stainless steel aging, marvelous sicily, this is the recipe for an intense ruby colour wine, with at the nose intense smell of violets (a field of violets I'd say), wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry in alcohol, herbs and finally spicy notes like black pepper and juniper berry.
  In the mouth the surprise, medium body+, round, enveloping and velvety wine, warm (13.5°), medium/high acidity, low level of tannins, sapid-.
  Great result, fresh, spicy, fragrant and really pleasant wine for the little price.
  P.S. (after some hours the fruits become riper and darker, appear plum and a faint bitter note).
