August 7, 2022 - Pop and pour, drunk over several hours.

A shy nose at first. After a few hours, it opens up with a lovely, if somewhat restrained but not ungiving nose. Chalk, lemon curd, asian pear, jasmine, and subtle nuttiness. On the palate, more of the same fruit and soil notes along with subtle, deftly done wood spice. This has energy and impact delivered with a weightless touch. It's finely detailed, graceful, and I am not sure if I am conveying it well, but there's a sense of energy that dances on the palate. It's fresh like mineral water. A wine of soil and acid more than fruit, done very well. Finishes mouthwateringly fresh and more-ish. At peak.

January 23, 2022 - Meget slank og frisk, men frukten begynner å bli litt skrinn. Fortsatt fin struktur og nydelig mineralitet.

June 27, 2021 - Anne Boisson Meursault Sous La Velle 2013.
    Utrolig rent, elegant og forførende.
Fortsatt ungdommelig, men det vakre krydderpreget er mer fremtredende enn tidligere.
    Veldig sexy.
    Slank glatt munnfølelse.
    Nydelig frukt med elektrisk nerve.
    God konsentrasjon og meget fresh.
Drikker veldig bra, men vil helt sikkert utvikle seg videre i positiv retning.
Saliverende finish som sitter meget lenge med nydelig mineralitet.
    Vakker vin. 93p

January 30, 2021 - Pop and decant. Light gold, good acidity and fresh.

November 28, 2019 - Mini session at Maison Dakota. Poured into carafe and drank over 2+ hours. Needed quite a bit of air to get going. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs.
Nose medium intensity, with aromas of reductive flint, stony minerality, toast wood, citrus lemon drops. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honeyed citrus lemon curd, rounded almond nuts, stony minerality, lots of saltiness with more air. Long finish.
Very good quality. Drink now with air and over the next 5 years as it sheds its reductiveness and gets more open. Overperforming Meursault village from the Sous La Velle lieux-dit.
