  August 26, 2013 - Kind of a classic Cab Franc, tones of leather and tobacco. Drinking nicely right now, we very much enjoyed it. Some good complexity with a nice smooth mouth feel.

  November 26, 2008 - Popped, decanted for 25 minutes, then started to pour. Immediate nose was alcohol; slowly developed some smoky notes, but the alcohol remained till the end. Initial tasting was dark fruits, but not overwhelming on the palate. Over time, it developed a nice, dark cherry flavor. Nice enough bottle, benefits from aeration. I'd give it at least 60 minutes, ideally, to open up.
