剩下的三分之一，塞子盖上，一周以后。闻，淡spice加点点水果。口中，焦糖味几乎不见了，酸涩适度。如同成熟的Nebbiolo。90 -

October 7, 2018 - Typical Nebbiolo. Pinot light in color but packing a hammer of acidity and tannins. Could have probably gone for at least several more years. I've given up on number scores but I made an exception because I felt I needed to react against the incredibly low score this wine received from one other. It's way better than that.
