November 6, 2021 - The Nearly Annual Lyon 10 Year Retro Tasting (Lyon's Den): Nice, New World, younger counterpoint to the Champagne CF brought. Very bright and dry with lemon curd, apricot, chalk and saline notes. Now-2026.
