August 4, 2018 - This wine has aged nicely. It's label gave me the impression it would just be an okay cab, but I am pleasantly surprised. It was best after being open 1.5 hours. I will buy it again.

February 24, 2018 - Very smooth, not as dry as California Cabs’s, but very enjoyable, adding to my “to buy “ list and will pick up a few lore bottles when I find it.

December 23, 2017 - Almost a year later and wow my tastes have changed. Similar note as previous but quite fruit forward to me, esp tasting next to 2013 Louis M Martini napa cab.

April 2, 2017 - I only had a 2 oz taste of this wine, and found the aroma to be excellent (classic cab sauv) upon opening the bottle. I plan to let it age for 1-2 years and will then do a more complete tasting note.

March 17, 2017 - XDry. Low acidity. Med tannins. 14%(?). Full bodied. Med+ finish.

14.5% abv. Deep garnet red, pink hues on the rim. Slow medium tears. The nose is intense and I immediately get blueberries. On the sweet side but pleasant, not overpowering. With vanilla notes, the nose evolves into butttery blueberry muffins. Also, there are some hints of blackcurrants, cedar and dried basil. The palate displays flavours of mocha/chocolate?, blackcurrant and jam. It is full bodied thanks to the higher alcohol and medium tannins which were nicely refined and powdery. Acidity is in check and this goes down very easy - very balanced. The finish has a very good length to it.
