    April 24, 2022 - Dark, mature red.
Nose of plum, spice, pine needles, coffee grounds.
Rather rustic, red fruited palate, orange rind, Oolong tea, intense and persistent, bracing acidity, weightless.

February 10, 2022 - Beautiful aromatics. On the palate, raspberries, cranberries, florals, and licorice. Loads of structure. Patience will be rewarded, but quite delicious now.

June 24, 2021 - Opened 10am and left for 6 hours. This seems quite young still. Feels like the fruit and the wood still have a bit of integrating to do. Wasn’t any noticeable improvement on day 2. Potential to improve maybe but at £40 a bottle I don’t feel wow this is worth the money but who can say that when drinking burgundy these days! Lay remainder down and try again in a few years.

June 20, 2021 - This is a regal wine, open from the get go, incredibly complex florals with roses, peonies, lilacs, violets, some background dark earth, smoke, citrus, charcuterie, spice and pine needles. Palate is sapid and weightless with bright acidity; cola, cardamom, red fruits frame limestone mineralite. Very long. Still feels very young and I think has a long life ahead of it?

November 6, 2020 - Drank over the course of 2 hours, scents of plum, fresh flowers and damp earth, concentrated, pure and focused, dry and energetic, crunchy flavors of raspberry, cranberry, mineral and lavender come to mind, mouth watering finish, it is well structured, well made and complete, a splendid bottle of red Burgundy
