October 14, 2016 - garnet rhubarb color; strong strawberry ice cream nose; light but well-supported red fruit. Nice balance of acid and fruit, peppery spice long finish.

August 18, 2016 - Honestly, it's fine. It's not the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti but then it costs less than a sixpack of lager. It's fruit-forward, there's almost no complexity and the finish is non-existent (which is probably for the best). The tanins are harsher than you'd expect of a pinot and the balance is out of whack. But it's fine for the price.
