Community Tasting Notes 1

February 26, 2016 - Made from late harvest grape (vino da uve stramature) Nasco, plus some Muscat. Deep gold. What a great nose: quince paste, floral, raisin (but still a lot of freshness), grapey, muscat-like aromas. Medium (plus) acidity. Great length that goes on forever. Medium sweetness. Good as an apertif or pair it with sharp goat cheese.
