  October 10, 2010 - The aromatics are being mature at this point, the wine has picked up a lot of age since last tasted 2 years ago. It posses aromatics of dark fruit, slightly charred, and almost pruned. Tannins remain intact with decent structure. Drink up.

  April 5, 2008 - Nothing to rave about. Paired with Pasta, white beans and tomatoes. Tannins evident; a quick drying affect. After a few sips I was surprised by a little heat. My initial impression was that it was imbalanced with the alcohol. A few more sips that seemed to dissipate and never really returned. We opened & drank immediately.

  May 20, 2006 - Decanter Great Italian Fine Wine Encounter (The Landmark Hotel, London NW1): 80% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot. Mid red to purple in colour. Showing very good legs. Well structured, with nice tannins. Palate shows tobacco and cigar box characters.
