January 18, 2017 - I rate this as outstanding, one of the nicest NZ Syrah's I have had - although it is young the tannins are already very smooth, a complex but fresh wine and i am looking forward to the rest of the case over the coming years. 2013 was an outstanding year by all accounts for the Gimblett Gravels region, so its worth buying a few extra to put away. Very good buying at NZD$40/bottle.
