January 20, 2023 - Evolving, but quite slowly. This time my note said salty, mature lemons, mint, baking soda and cheese rind. Overall, no disappointment and as expected a very nice Jura chardonnay, will probably be good still in several years time but I don’t think it gets better, only different.

September 2, 2020 - This is a captivating wine. Roasted nuts, quince, sea brine on the nose. The palate is full of chalky, lemony acidity. Citrus, orchard fruits, very mineral. Notably saline as I find most of Ganevat's wines to be. Well-integrated and round, but far from opulent. These age very well and this still has plenty of life ahead.

May 31, 2019 - In a really sweet spot for drinking now, huge difference from three years ago when it was fiercely acidic. Now it has superb balance between the acidity, creaminess and chalky minerality. Lemon, red apples and in my mind, perhaps imagination brought on from inspiration by the bottle, a hint of comté cheese. Superb wine!

Fresh, precise, concentrated and lovely to drink. I missed a bit more power in the end to amke him really big. Nice CH from Jura. Herbal notes beside the Lemon zest. Spicy not annoying but giving more depth. 92+
