January 27, 2021 - drank over 2 nights (decanted for 1 hr on 1st night). Very good right away, with a lovely nose, and a varied palate with some herbal notes (eucalyptus, bay leaf) and some luscious black fruits. On 2nd day, even better, smoother and more plush.
Very nice at this point, but based on the improvement on day 2, could still benefit from a few more years of age. -

April 8, 2020 - Decanted for 2 hours, lovely nose of cassis and french oak toastiness/spice. On the palate the wine was extremely dry and tannic, with very little fruit. Despite leaving overnight, there was no movement/improvement. Apart from the nose, not a lot of enjoyment here.
