June 9, 2021 - Low fill bottle, about 1/2” below the foil, with sign of past seepage. Very little expectation. Surprisingly brilliant medium gold color. Fully mature nose displaying tarte tatin, honey, caramel, cinnamon, smoke, brioche and mineral. Very good concentration, generous decadent yellow fruit, medium fine medium abundant mousse, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral and a long decadent yellow fruit driven finish with cinnamon and limestone at the end. The lowest fill bottle that I tried but very good showing.

February 25, 2017 - Rich amber color once again. Decadent nose displaying tarte tatin, caramel, cinnamon and mineral. Medium concentration, still good amount of medium mousse, bright acidity, strong presence of mineral and a medium to long finish. This seems fresher than the last bottle. Not terribly complex but still enjoyable.

February 18, 2016 - Mostly FGs Bordeaux dinner - 82 & 86 Mouton, 00 Pavie, 86 & 95 Lafite, 96 Margaux and 95 Latour (The Grill Room at Capella Hotel Georgetown): Correct color, rich amber. Slightly over mature nose, toffee, burnt sugar, caramel and cumin. Still decent amount of mousse and good acidity. The complexity is coming from the maturity. Decent and interesting. Love to try another bottle, decant for a few hours and try as a Chardonnay.
