May 2, 2023 - Dinner with the wine group (Zazie's, San Francisco): Medium ruby; aromatic, black cherry, smoky; palate is medium bodied, low tannin, medium alcohol, medium-plus acidity, well balanced, richer black cherry fruit; finish is medium-long. Serious burgundy at a young but nice age. 92

November 25, 2022 - 醒酒两个半小时，闻香有红果，香草，香料感，些许烤芝麻的香气，入口酸度高，单宁紧涩，量有点糊嘴，不过单宁颗粒很细腻，酒液咸，收口微甜，草莓一类的红果和芝麻的香气，余味满口红果，木质香气，伴随着淡淡奶味收尾。充分醒酒后酒体依然很紧实，酒处在最佳状态，香气复杂，口感柔和，风格优雅，各元素达到很好的平衡状态，感觉是超越产区常规水准的存在，这才领略了NSG的好，确实精彩。

August 10, 2021 - Friendly nose of dark cherry and cranberry fruits, licorice, barest hints of violet with a certain vegetal/greenery element and mineral freshness. Classic, attractive Burgundy, looking for food today. I thought this particular bottle showed a bit of back-end warmth as the only nit I would point out on this young wine. Very Pinot with spicy, fine texture. Sexy Les Saint Georges in this early stage.
