at his peak, lost almost primary aromas, but still firm tannins and fresh despite his 14,5% alc powerful but not noticeable. Forrest ground, dark cherries and white pepper. Reminds more to Rhone than to Australian Syrah. 92-93 -

Pour fêter un début de vacances/paternité/anniversaire.
Avec tomahawk de boeuf Highland sur bbq, façon chanterelles et salicorne.
La classe!Un vin tout en équilibre. De la matière, aromatique sur les fruits et le poivre, superbe longueur.
Excellent.

Le vin semble salin et épicé, une belle impression de minéraux.
Beau fruit, des mures surtout et du poivre avec une finale assez longue et fraiche.
Beau vin qui nous a semblé mieux équilibré que la précédente. -

December 4, 2016 - Nice syrah from Stellenbosch, some chocolate, some black pepper, a good combination of old and new world. The black berries are in the Background. firm ripe Tannins, powerful but the alcohol is not really palpable, 91-92
