October 1, 2023 - Better on Day 2 the cabernet really smoothed out and was beautifully integrated. On night 1, the wine was very good, but was so powerful that I would not have identified it as a Paso cab. On night 2, the varietal profile of the cab shone through.

February 1, 2020 - Very enjoyable wine; still needs some air to fully open up. This is drinking well right now.

March 4, 2018 - Had this as part of a "The Farm Winery" night with my wine group. 5 red wines. Long finish. Either this or the 2012 Cardinal was WOTN.

December 24, 2017 - Great immediately on opening and aeration.
