July 23, 2015 - Cherry pipe tobacco and forest scents on the nose, with a delicate, soft, elegant, sweet, cherry profile, there is quite a bit of charm in the wine for its age.

September 21, 1990 - With MPL and BLR at S&F survey of '70 Bordeaux. Developed ruby color. Orange rim. Nose is waxy, with chocolate overtones. Relatively full in the mouth; piquant. Good flavors. Something a bit sour in the mid-palate? Nice finish. Good wine. Flavor is best feature of this wine. Could last awhile, but good now. 4-9-15-7: 85/100.
