December 18, 2021 - Pretty good. I may have opened it a touch early but it is very drinkable now. Secondary aromas and flavors of blackberry, dried cherry, dried thyme and bay leave. A touch of vanilla as well.

February 6, 2017 - Typical bouquet. Straightforward, open, and well rounded, showing a generous velvety texture. Very good acid, definition, and balance.
