Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Burgundy Bill Likes this wine:

May 11, 2020 - Took about 2 hours to open up. Deep red with amber hew. A lot of dried fruit on the nose (dried Cherries, and cranberry). Acidity was still vibrant, red fruit and black pepper on the pallet - oak was well integrated. Definitely at it's prime - I drank from a magnum which likely helped for it's age.

September 11, 2016 - Black pepper, cherry, strawberry. Darker than typical Pinot.
