  March 29, 2024 - Decanted for 3 hours, and the wine was phenomenal. Bold aromas of black cherry, blackberry, lavender and pencil led. Medium to full bodied, it hit the palate with grace and balance, exhibiting flavors of plum, black cherry, red raspberry, and light oak. I only have one bottle remaining, and I can’t wait to drink it.

  September 13, 2022 - Drinking well now with plenty of fruit. Tannins have faded as has the complexity of the finish. I was expecting at least another decade, but will shorten my drinking window for my other bottles to the next 5 years so I do not miss it’s prime.

  March 21, 2021 - Meetup at Eddie Ishaq's (Eddie's Crib): Probably the most Napa wine of the night. Very juicy and ripe and fruit forward.
  There were other subtleties in baking spices and graphite but for the most part this was a fruit bomb in all senses of the word.
  While this would be right up the alley for many this wasn't hitting what I look for in a wine these days.
  There was just too much fruit and the structure on the finish was lacking too - even for a 2013.
