February 11, 2017 - In this wine I find a lot licorice arnd raspberry and it ends on slightly salty note. Quite fresh and refreshing, but no less serious. Feels like this could be very versatile with food.

August 4, 2016 - Absolutely delicious. Lightly spicy red fruit, just ripe plums and cherries, savory mouth filling quality. Pure and clean. The kind of versatile wine that can complement chanterelles with cod and a grilled porked dish with cooked plums. Give this 30+ min of air for max complexity. Maybe even decant.
