October 6, 2016 - A bit long in the tooth now. On opening bright Cab Franc on the nose with decent balance. It goes slowly downhill from there, with the final result being good acidity, but some lack of depth and fruit. Not bad at all, but don't decant...

April 16, 2004 - STG. This was Lance's least favorite of his three wines. I, however, thought it was the best. The nose was soft in a feminine sort of way. The palate showed spicy oak and a round, soft texture. (Perhaps too soft?). There are some tannins, but they come late.
