    February 18, 2024 - 52% Sauvignon, 48% Sémillon, aged 9 months in oak barrels.

PnP on the first day and the rest two days later. I should have known better because of the previous tasting two years ago, this wine is not suitable for PnP, it requires a lot of air, so it was quite simple on the first day but 2 days later it was much better with more depth and freshness. On the nose gooseberry, lemon and an exotic touch, on the palate clean with good balance between the high acidity and the creaminess, not at all heavy though it has 14% vol., medium+ length.

Drink now or within the next 8 years and give it enough air, best after one to two hours in the decanter.

September 27, 2023 - Notes from the significant other that drank it.
Nose of crisp apples and bright pear. Very smooth, medium body, a little dry, slight nutty/buttery flavor but not like a California chardonnay, long finish.
Overall, well balanced, and easy to drink. It smelled sweeter than it tasted. French friends really enjoyed it too.

    August 9, 2023 - 4/4, good cork.
Medium lemon/straw. Quite bright and grassy, grapefruit, spice, some peach as it warms. Some signs of age with time in glass. Medium bodied, fresh and grassy, tropical fruit, spice notes, vibrant acids, decent length finish - some peach notes. Still drinking but probably fir drinking over next couple of years

August 7, 2023 - Beautifully developed, opened up in the glass, some rich buttery/oaky notes on the finish. very tasty. Drink now.

April 18, 2023 - More tertiary notes to the fore think its time to drink up before it loses the nice peachy fruit that remains.
