July 7, 2006 - Tasted along with Foppiano Petite Sirah. This was much lighter bodied, with just a tinge of brown in the color. I don't know if it was decanted or not, but the nose was quite closed at first, later showing soft red fruits like strawberry and raspberry. I got strawberry and cherry in the finish.

July 6, 2006 - Light bodied, initially had typical pinot fruit, but a bitter finish that was not appealing, after some time in the decanter the bitterness subsided, and the wine was more approachable, but not too exciting
