April 23, 2013 - This wine still has a ton of life left. Rich blackberry cobbler coupled with coffee with the tannins fully integrated. Very enjoyable.

July 25, 2010 - Although it was recommended to drink this wine by 2008, I still found plenty of fruit and body in this wine. A totally drinkable & enjoyable accompaniment to our grilled steak dinner.

November 10, 2007 - Whoa. Finally, a cab that I really like. I'm so sick of the fruit bombs, and this is much more elegant. Luscious, chocolate, cassis, and a little anise. What a combo! Maybe my 93 pts represents the dearth of good cabs in my recent tasting. At 24 hours, this is still a powerhouse; this indicates it has some good years left on it. I suspect the slight bitterness at the end will fade with time.

August 1, 2007 - Rich, purple w/ a little bricking, with very big legs. A very leathery nose. Cherries, black and blue berries in the taste. Long finish with some nice tannins. A wonderful wine.
