March 26, 2021 - Rich fruit with oak which is under control and well-integrated. Nice texture. Enjoyable now but could use time for development as this isn't showing a ton of nuance right now.

October 30, 2020 - Served blind, immediately apparent this is a serious producer. The length is outstanding, great freshness and tension. Surprised on the reveal insofar as nothing hinted at Ramonet nor Bienvenues -- pretty much the whole group was stumped. These 14 Ramonet GC's will benefit from more time.

June 27, 2020 - So elegant yet deep and precise. There's some Ramonet spearmint along with intense citrus, pure white peach and plenty of spice. It has an airy feel, is voluminous and extremely long, carried by the finest, minerally acidity. Brilliant now with more upside.

June 13, 2020 - Light yellow in the glass.

The nose is fantastic and oppulent. Minerals, fresh green fruit, stewed sweet apples and butter.

Super minerality, big fruit, incredibly balance and it lingers forever and forever! Smooth and creamy and it just evolves and gets smoother during the evening.

A monster of a glass. A fantastic Grand Cru from a top vintage and producer.

January 19, 2020 - La Tache in Tuscon: Simply outstanding, and for me bested the magnificent Batard served alongside. Looking forward to drinking this again in the near term.
