December 26, 2015 - {screwcap, 11.5%} Pale straw, youthful, mostly semillon-derived grassy aromas and flavours, but with a pungent smoky greyness betraying the sauvignon. There’s no oak, low/medium acid, and a short/medium length dry finish of some crispness. Not exciting, but fine to drink.
