September 30, 2023 - Trying again 2 years later. Studying evolution of white burgs as they age. Same storage conditions. Good wine. Deeper golden straw hue. Medium bodied and viscosity. Nice texture and mouthfeel. Acidic punch with lemon and citrus. Savory notes were rind of Comte cheese or tomme de savoie. Salty. Pretty darn good at 13 but needs to be open an hour at least. Well recommended

July 30, 2023 - Really lovely. Needed lots of air to reveal its colours. Much cellar potential still.

April 26, 2022 - Dinner with the wine group (Zazie's, San Francisco): Golden-green; aromatic, stone fruits, melon, a little honeyed; palate is full bodied, medium-plus acidity, vibrant, lovely length, good age showing a bit of maturity; medium-plus finish. Really lovely burgundy. 93

June 14, 2021 - Finally a well aging WB. Deep golden straw color. Medium viscosity. Good acidity and a rounded lemon curd flavor. A touch of sweetness at the end reminds me of it being on its way to being deep and honeyed in 10 more years. Solid wine. Well recommended.

December 11, 2020 - This is in perfect condition. Some of the Boillot's 2010s are too old now (!), but this is perfect. Balanced acidity, brightness, fruit, and some age. Lovely right now, may live longer.
