Community Tasting Notes 3

December 17, 2011 - Pretty flat and dull. I think it was well past its peak. Almost no fruit and only the slightest spice left in it. Not bad but definitely not as interesting as it once was. I must step up my efforts to clean out the old!

September 9, 2007 - It was open for about 4hrs. We consumed it with pork ribs . It can obviously has not peeked yet. Lots of tannins with subtle berry and cherry.
