December 28, 2013 - Tried a 2008 magnum of this wine obtained by a careful selection of Merlot grapes by Pierpaolo Pecorari,
It is aged for a year in french oak barriques
Color is intense ruby red with some garnet.
The nose presents complex & elegant flavors, ripe red fruit, berries & cherries with light notes of tobacco & spice
To the Palate it is rich & well structured, with good tannins and freshness.
Intense, persistent with an elegant finish
