June 10, 2020 - Wonderful.
Dark fruit, chalk and tannin, green pepper and baking spice. Even though this is 6+ years old, I think it will go another five.
==> Interesting note: I blended some in a glass with the last oz. of a Sangiovese from earlier in the week, and it was *fantastic*. -

May 28, 2018 - Had with Memorial Day dinner at City oyster in Delray. Deep purple. Big nose of blueberry, nail polish, cedar, rose water, freshly ironed cotton on the iron board (gf came up with that one) and blackberries. Taste is fruit forward but also very vegetal with asparagus and bell pepper. Pretty high tannins with a chalky quality and medium acidity. Medium plus body. Nice but a little too much green flavors. About 89-90.

April 11, 2018 - Solid wine for a good price. Excellent balance with loads of jammy, dark, ripe fruits providing the backbone of character. Mingled with menthol, baking spices, sawdust, and cedar. This would be a good wine to have on hand.

December 19, 2017 - Dark red/purple, deep cab bouquet, tannic, med plus mouthfeel. Good finish. Give it decant a few hours if air and you'll be rewarded, or cellar for 5 more years.
