Community Tasting Notes 4

May 23, 2008 - A pleasant surprise. Tasted like a bordeaux. Lacked the complexity of the real thing, but it was quite drinkable. Would buy again at the price.

November 20, 2007 - I think age has improved this wine. I found it smoother than indicated in other tasting notes, and actually rather enjoyed it. Quite rich.

December 10, 2006 - Very dull and flat flavors. Way too chewy. I've enjoyed other wines from this producer, but this one goes on my do not repeat list. Half the bottle went down the drain.

June 25, 2006 - Deep vibrant red. Dark fruit (black currants/loganberries), tobacco and white pepper aroma.
