March 2, 2024 - Zero dosage. On the lees 7 years and disg 08/21. So apparently the FBT13 code means its base or all 2013. 60/40 Pinot N/Chard. Precise and clean. Doesn't seem to have any oak or malo influence. Gives a classic sweet-tart quality. Not quite hard but you would still guess lower in the dosage range. Carries it well though. I caught more of the lees notes on night one. On night two its a bit more basic. Touches of pithy, chalky notes on the finish. This is a good buy for those that like that narrower, more "refined" build. Likely better served with food. Some nigiri with lighter colored fish would be a great foil for this.

July 25, 2019 - Rich and powerful and with biting acidity. Most certainly more to give with additional time in bottle.

May 14, 2018 - This is an interesting cuvee, as it has the highest wood exposure of 80% for the first ferment. It's 40% Chard / 60% PN, made without dosage. It's also a mix of base wines from 2008-11, with 10%, 20%, 35% and 35%, respectively. The wood here gives the wine a toasted/smoky topnote in the aromatic, and then it shows lemon, apple, pear, black cherry and intense citrusy quality, with the same Godme imprint of cut and saline coming together.
