Community Tasting Notes 5

December 10, 2020 - Starting to fade. Discrete nose with dried yellow fruit, apricot, remnants of that juicy sweetness. Somewhat fading fruit, but still impressive and elegant minerality. Medium to long

May 31, 2020 - Light nose of oyster shells. Good depth of fruit, the acid builds and then flows into a long mouth watering finish. This seems better than my first bottle last year. Good BB.

October 23, 2019 - Light with citrus / lemon on the nose. A touch of something more lactic. Nice but maybe a little dilute on the mid palate. Decent but not nearly as good as a recent 2017 PYCM BB which was the full package even at the BB level.

December 8, 2016 - Very nice wine for its price. Punches well above its weight class with puligny-like nose, fleshy fruit and a beautiful minerality. Medium to long, and I immediately went out and bought more of this, as supply is quite limited...

September 2, 2016 - Beaucoup de vin dans le verre!
Issu de jeunes vignes de Puligny, il offre une prestance et une précision impressionnantes, de même qu'une longueur fort correcte pour sa modeste appellation. Beau fruit et fraicheur. Excellent! 89 pts
