November 16, 2017 - Strong nose with berry notes. Easy drinking and well balanced. Not much body yet delicious. I'm sure this would complement lamb and duck dishes well.

April 1, 2017 - Drank this with some Indian food - it was very smooth out of the bottle. Had a bit of licorice - very nice finish - spicy - stone fruits
The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like red currant and black currant (cassis). It tastes like pomegranate, red currant and black currant (cassis). The body is light/medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. This wine gets better through the evening...

December 17, 2016 - Evidently not a serious player in the CT world. It's another WSJ offering. Representative of the region, a decent rendering of pinot noir without exceptional qualities: accessible dark fruit without the sauvage quality one hopes for.
