February 4, 2023 - Punction through the cork. Strong but tight and very reduced. too young. decanting needed if drunk before 2024.

September 1, 2019 - Googling indicates that this wine is produced from Carignan, Grenache, Syrah & Mourvèdre but I can't find the proportions having had a virus warning at the estate's own website. It's my guess that Grenache content is quite low. I have never met a wine from this grape cocktail with so much minerality and freshness but there is no shortage of fruit of a savoury kind and power as well as a whiff of herbs and spice. High altitude probably contributes to this appetising result but a lot of kudos belongs to the vigneron Sylvain Fadat. Very good.
