December 9, 2021 - Dark magenta with ruby highlights. Mocha, cassis, and spice nose. Full bodied, blackberries, dusty tannins, black cherries, a bit of smoke, and a long smooth finish. The best Cam Hughes wine I've ever had (so far).

May 11, 2018 - Great bottle right now. Nice and rich with good spice and tobacco flavors. On opening it was fantastic, and after a few hours it was still great. It evolved over time to have more pronounced alcohol, but was still well balanced.

January 16, 2018 - This is now ready & open for business with everything in its place! Full bodied and poured as deep purple with tobacco, boysenberry, & pepper on the nose. Perfectly framed with dark fruits, black licorice, silky tannins, and lively acidity that kept it fresh... somehow we finished the bottle without even thinking about it... Glad I have more!
