  February 10, 2020 - "Some people are saying" that Washington excells with the GSM, and it could be "the future" for that region. Okay.....well, this one is really good. And It's definitely at peak right now, as I drain my last bottle. But I'll look for more. Had a good run.

  February 16, 2019 - After a 1hr decant this was exceptional. Smooth, dark, and with nice deep red fruit flavors.

  December 28, 2018 - Excellent with a nice New York strip. Decanted for 2 hours. Full bodied and ever so smooth on the finish. Inky, dark and jammy but not sweet.

  October 6, 2018 - Needs time, or a serious decant, or a serious piece of red meat (maybe some stinky cheese, or all of it). Rough edged right now. Very bold, but slightly unfocused. Some more cellar time will help this go from good to great (one hopes, right?).
